Tweet is so dangerous

Hi friends i just saw a article that a journalist arrested for a tweet i was shocked to know that….a tweet is so dangerous…
Journalist Arrested For Tweet Deported to Saudi Arabia……………
So i like to share a article with u all..the article says that….
New submitter cosmicaug writes with an update to yesterday’s report that journalist Hamza Kashgari had been arrested by Malaysian police acting on a request conveyed from the Saudi government via Interpol. Now, says the BBC, “Police confirmed to the BBC that Hamza Kashgari was sent back to Saudi Arabia on Sunday despite protests from human rights groups. Mr Kashgari’s controversial tweet last week sparked more than 30,000 responses and several death threats. Insulting the prophet is considered blasphemous in Islam and is punishable by death in Saudi Arabia. Mr Kashgari, 23, fled Saudi Arabia last week and was detained upon his arrival in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur on Thursday.” Writes cosmicaug: “Sadly, the most likely outcome is that they are going to execute this man for three tweets.”

So i am ready to give my 10% of salary for the poor people, what about you??Are you with me…?

For all software employees

Hi all today i saw a mail sent by my friend ,it was too funny so i am sharing with you all,….
Dress CodeIt is advised that you come to work dressed according to your salary.
·         If we see gents wearing Reebok shoes or ladies carrying leather Gucci bags, we assume you are doing well financially and therefore do not need a pay raise.
·         If you dress poorly, you need to learn to manage your money better, so that you may buy nicer clothes, and therefore you do not need a pay raise.
·         If you dress just right, you are right where you need to be and therefore you do not need a pay raise.
Sick DaysWe will no longer accept a doctor’s certificate as proof of sickness. If you are able to go to the doctor, you are able to come to work.
Personal Leave DaysEach employee will receive 52 personal days a year. They are called your weekly OFF. One each week. 52 weeks in a year.
Death Ceremony Leave (for acquaintances)This is not an excuse for missing work. There is nothing you can do for dead friends, relatives or co-workers. Every effort should be made to have non-employees attend to the arrangements. In rare cases where employee involvement is necessary, the funeral should be scheduled in the afternoon. You can go during your lunch break and come back immediately.
Death Ceremony Leave (for self)This may be accepted as an excuse. However, we require at least two week’s notice, and it is your responsibility to train your replacement.
Toilet Use – Section 147/AEntirely too much time is being spent in the restroom. In the future, we will follow the practice of going in alphabetical order. For instance, all employees whose names begin with ‘A’ will go from 3:00 to 3:20, employees whose names begin with ‘B’ will go from 3:20 to 3:40 and so on. If you’re unable to go at your allotted time, it will be necessary to wait until the next day when your turn comes again. In extreme emergencies employees may SWAP their toilet time with a co-worker. Both employee’s supervisors must approve this exchange.
Toilet Use – Section 147/B (this is our favorite!)In addition, there is now a strict 3-minute time limit in the bathroom stalls.
·         At the end of the three minutes, an alarm will sound, the toilet paper roll will retract, the stall door will open and a picture will be taken
·         After your second offence, your picture will be posted on the company notice board under the “Repeat Offenders category”.
·         Anyone caught smiling in the picture will be prosecuted under the company’s mental health policy.
Lunch BreakThis will now range from 5 minutes to 30 minutes according to the individual.

·         Skinny people get 30 minutes for lunch as they need to eat more, so that they can look healthy.
·         Normal size people get 15 minutes for lunch to get a balanced meal and maintain their average figure.
·         Fat people get 5 minutes for lunch, because they don’t need to eat anyway.
Thank you for your loyalty to our company. Remember we are an employer of choice and we are here to provide a positive employment experience. Therefore, all questions, comments, concerns, complaints, frustrations, irritations, aggravations, insinuations, allegations and accusations should be directed elsewhere. Thank you.

When to use page rank?when not to use page rank?

Use page rank:
  • Rough indication of crawl new “link” property.
  • For relevancy.
  • Can be useful for components of other metrics.
  • History can be useful.
Do not use page rank for :
  • Understanding SERPs ranking.
  • Evalulating link prospects.
  • Reporting as key metric.
Page rank is for pagaes only ,it is not for domain pages.

"Terrorism and islam"

Hi friends today i read one article and i felt of sharing it with you all…and i to had same feeling which is in article……
I liked the answer of this Germaniun Muslim scholar when he was asked about terr…orism and Islam : He said : Who started the first world war ? Muslims ? Who started the second world war ? Muslims ? Who killed about 20 millions of Aborigines in Australia ? Muslims ?? Who sent the nuclear bombs of Hiroshima and Nagasaki ? Muslims ?? Who killed more than 100 millions of Indians in North America ? Muslims ?? Who killed more than 50 millions of Indians in south America ? Muslims ?? Who took about 180 millions of African people as slaves and 88% of them died and was thrown in Atlantic ocean ? Muslims ?? No , They weren’t Muslims!!! First of all, You have to define terrorism properly… If a non-Muslim do something bad..it is crime. But if a Muslim commit same..he is terrorist… So first remove this double standard…then come to the point!!! , . . . .
I  have seen the movie named “MY NAME IS KHAN”,i think mostly few of them watched it….in that also “Karan johar” explains very well about the matter which in the article above.

Intresting one please read it fully

Hi friends i found this story very intresting at last of the story u came to know one intresting point dont skip the story please read it fully ,so that u can enjoy….
A man is driving down the road and breaks down near a monastery. He goes to the monastery, knocks on the door, and says, My car broke down. Do you think I could stay the night?
The monks graciously accept him, feed him dinner, and even fix his car. As the man tries to fall asleep, he hears a strange sound. The next morning, he asks the monks what the sound was, but they say, We can’t tell you. You’re not a monk.
The man is disappointed but thanks them anyway and goes about his merry way. Some yea! rs later, the same man breaks down in front of the same monastery.
The monks again accept him, feed him, and even fix his car.
That night, he hears the same strange noise that he had heard years earlier.
The next morning, he asks what it is, but the monks reply, We can’t tell you. You’re not a monk.
The man says, All right, all right. I’m dying to know. If the only way I can find out what that sound was, is to become a monk, how do I become a monk?
The monks reply, You must travel the earth and tell us how many blades of grass there are and the exact number of sand pebbles. When you find these numbers, you will become a monk.
The man sets about his task. Some forty-five years later, he returns and knocks on the door of the monastery. He says, I have traveled the earth and have found what you have asked for. There are 145,236,284,232 blades of grass and 231,281,219,999,129,382 sand pebbles on the earth.
The monks reply, Congratulations. You are now a monk. We shall now show you the way to the sound.
The monks lead the man to a wooden door, where the head monk says, The sound is right behind that door.
Th! e man reaches for the knob, but the door is locked. He says, Real funny. May I have the key?
The monks give him the key, and he opens the door.
Behind the wooden door is another door made of stone. The man demands the key to the stone door.
The monks give him the key, and he opens it, only to find a door made of ruby. He demands another key from the monks, who provide it. Behind that door is another door, this one made of sapphire. So it went until the man had gone through doors of emerald,………..silver, topaz, and amethyst.
Finally, the monks say, This is the last key to the last door.
The man is relieved to no end. He unlocks the door, turns the knob, and behind that door he is amazed to find the source of that strange sound.
. . But I can’t tell you what it is because you’re not a monk.
