Intresting point in SEO

Looking across SEO part i came across some intresting point i.e when we search for "click here" keyword in google search engine,the first place is for Adobe Reader Downlaod even though the Adobe reader website doesnot include the keyword "click here".
why?why the Adobe Reader is in first place while we search the keyword "click here"?As we know the website Adobe Reader doesnot include the keyword "click here" then why the Adobe Reader is  in the first place in search?
Mostly all of them have this question in their mind especially the new comers or freshers in this SEO domain and even if this question is not arised in mind by reading this blog all have same question why the Adobe Reader is in first place in search while searching the keyword "click here"?
The simple answer for this is "because of the off page factor ".
Off page factor i.e "anchor text".Anchor text includes the keyword "click here" in Download point,which plays major role.
In the "Download now" button includes the anchor text in which the keyword "click here" is there,Because of this by searching the keyword "click here" the Adobe Reader Download is in the first place in search.
Thus the off page factor also plays a major role in SEO.
After knowing the answer it may be simple and funny but before that this question is a very tough  and cohesive.
